By accessing intelliaai.com or using Solaris, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

INTELLIAAI provides advertising intelligence tools, including Solaris. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with our platform, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and intellectual property on intelliaai.com and Solaris belong to INTELLIAAI Ltd. You may not copy, modify or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Billing

Solaris subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTELLIAAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
